  1. Heat the milk and dissolve the coffee and sweetener in it.

  2. Pour 60 g 'coffee milk' over 40 g oatmeal, stir and leave to swell.

  3. Add the remaining 20 g of coffee milk to the curd and stir. Add sweetener as needed.

  4. Squeeze the raspberries and add honey to them.

  5. Place half the swollen oatmeal in a glass, and top with half the cream and the raspberries. Place the remaining oats and the remaining cream on top of the raspberries.

  6. Decorate with raspberries and sprinkle with cocoa.
