140 grami Pilngraudu kviešu milti (var izmantot arī bezglutēna miltus)

100 grami Piens 2%

20 grami Piparkūku garšviela

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

preperation

  1. Cut and chop the dried fruit and berries.

  2. Beat the eggs with the bananas.

  3. Add the flour, baking powder, gingerbread spice and rum essence to the egg-banana mixture and stir in the dried fruit.

  4. Divide the mixture between the 6 small (8 cm diameter) tart tins, or use one large tin. 

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for ~30 minutes.
