Oatmeal-curd pie with pear and blue cheese

Melnā tēja Lipton yellow 100g

4 Olas

100 grams Olu baltums

400 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

300 grams Kefīrs

275 grams Salds bumbieris

250 grams Svaigais siers "Ricotta Laggo Maggiore" 6%

150 grams Auzu pārslas

100 grams Zilais siers "Dor Blue"

30 grams Kukurūzas ciete

16 grams Vaniļas cukurs

  1. Beat 4 eggs in a large bowl. Add 100 g egg white, 300 g kefir, curd and sweetener. Blend everything into a smooth mixture.

  2. Stir fresh Ricotta cheese into the mixture. 

  3. Add the oat flakes, baking powder and cornflour. Set aside for 15 minutes to allow the oat flakes to swell. Meanwhile, cut the cheese and pears.

  4. Add the cheese and pear to the batter. Mix and pour into a baking tin.

  5. Bake in the oven at ~170–175 °C for ~40–45 minutes (until the top is lightly browned).
