65 grami Feta cheese

100 grami Canned pineapples

250 grami Mushrooms

80 grami Tomatoes cherry

70 grami Onion

50 grami Adjika

  1. Grind/blend the cauliflower, add the eggs, ground meat, salt, spices and mix.

  2. Liek uz pamatnes, izlīdzina un liek līdz 180 °C grādiem sakarsētā krāsnī apmēram uz 20-25 minūtēm.

  3. In the meantime, fry the mushrooms and onions. Grate the cheese.

  4. Remove the baked base and spread it with the adjika. Top with the fried mushrooms, tomatoes, pineapple, crumbled feta cheese, and sprinkle with 10% cheese.

  5. Place back in the oven and bake until the cheese melts.
