Minced chicken with vegetables

I enjoy cooking and can't wait for summer. This time, I am using minced chicken. It's hearty and very tasty!

450 grams Malta cāļa fileja

668 grams Ķirbis

580 grams Jaunais kāposts

455 grams Kālis

400 grams Konservēti tomātu gabaliņi savā sulā

100 grams Sīpols

20 grams Ķiploks

preperation

  1. Fry/sauté the chicken mince in a pan with the onion and garlic. Set aside.

  2. Cut the rutabaga, pumpkin, and cabbage into small pieces and place them in a pot with boiling water. Bring to the boil, add salt and seasoning.

  3. When the vegetables are tender, add the tinned tomatoes and chicken mince and cook for a further ~10 minutes (on a low heat).
