Breakfast buns with egg, tuna, zucchini and scallions

ingredients
Rīsi Taj Mahal basmati maxi long 1kg
1 Egg
2 Boiled eggs
160 grami Kefir 2%
130 grami Zucchini
100 grami Skimmed milk curd
80 grami Flour (I use corn flour)
52 grami Canned tuna in its own juice
40 grami Scallions
1 tējkarote Baking powder
Salt, pepper
preperation

Grate the zucchini, sprinkle it with a little salt and set aside to let the water drain off.

Smash the boiled eggs. Chop the scallions.

Blend the egg with the curd. Add the kefir, squeezed zucchini, scallions and tuna (without juice). Mix everything.

Add the flour and baking powder and stir.

Spoon the mixture into the tins and bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C for ~35-40 minutes.
