Stew with vegetables, chicken fillet and couscous

400 grami Small chicken fillets
430 grami Young cabbage
377 grami Rutabaga
171 grami Bell pepper (paprica)
152 grami Carrot
53 grami Onion
52 grami Leek
40 grami Couscous
15 grami Garlic
15 grami Chopped ginger
5 grami Extra Virgin olive oil
Turmeric, curry, spicy paprika

Cut the chicken fillets into strips and fry them in a preheated frying pan in 5g of oil.

Cut all the vegetables, put them in a pot with ~1 litre of water. Add salt, spices to taste. Cover with a lid and stew over medium heat.

When the vegetables are almost ready, add the fried chicken strips and the couscous (add a little water if necessary so that the couscous swells) and sauté for a few more minutes.
