Curd and Cumin Cheese Breads

Instead of bacon pies, I bake healthy, protein-rich cumin cheese and curd breads.
Number of servings:

ingredients

Rīsu, griķu galetes Rimi 100g

2 Olas

300 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

150 grams Ķimeņu siers “Līgo”

90 grams Milti (man kukurūzas milti. Miltu daudzums ir atkarīgs no tā, cik slapjš ir biezpiens)

10 grams Psilliums (nav obligāti, bet ar to smuki pacēlās maizītes)

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

Garšaugu sāls, sausie ķiploki, ķimenes

preperation

  1. Blend the low-fat cottage cheese with the eggs, add the grated cheese, flour, baking powder, herb salt, and herbs, and knead the dough.

  2. With wet hands, divide the dough into 6 equal parts and shape into small loaves (I put them in 10 cm silicone tart moulds).

  3. Bake in an oven preheated to 175-180 °C for ~20 minutes.

Carrot omelette with cheese and tuna Omelettes are always great for breakfast. This version with carrot and tuna is also a great choice.
Rice porridge with cheese Porridge can really be so different and so delicious! I admit, I like two "unhealthy" cheeses - Dorblu cheese with mold and Jug cheese. The good thing is that you do not have to give them up, because sometimes only 10 g is enough to give the food a unique nuance and a completely different taste.
Spicy Chicken Fillet and Bean Stew Very tasty and filling. This recipe will definitely come in handy on chilly autumn evenings.
