Piparmētru tēja Rimi Basic 30g

1 Boiled egg

200 grami Tomato

160 grami Cottage cheese or simply curd

100 grami Ripe avocado

20 grami Scallions

10 grami Dill

Lemon juice

Salt (I use herbal salt)

preperation

  1.  Saspaida avokado un sajauc ar citronu sulu.

  2. Finely chop the tomato, grate the egg and chop the greens.

  3. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add the avocado, chopped egg, tomato, green onions, dill, and salt to taste. Mix everything.

  4. Spread on bread and enjoy a delicious breakfast!
