Rice porridge with cheese

Porridge can really be so different and so delicious! I admit, I like two "unhealthy" cheeses - Dorblu cheese with mold and Jug cheese. The good thing is that you do not have to give them up, because sometimes only 10 g is enough to give the food a unique nuance and a completely different taste.

300 grams Ūdens

60 grams Rīsi

10 grams Rīvēts siers Džiuga

  1. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, wash the rice and put in a saucepan with 300 g of water, a pinch of salt and cook, stirring occasionally.

  2. Place on a plate and sprinkle over 10 g of grated cheese and mix it into the porridge. Enjoy your meal!
