Pizza with Tuna and Tomatoes (without Eggs)

A delicious and healthy pizza made with wholemeal flour. One, two, done!

  1. Place the cottage cheese (with excess liquid drained) in a bowl. Add flour, salt, baking powder, and spices, and mix thoroughly (you will end up with a slightly sticky dough).

  2. Place the dough on a baking tray with wet hands, flatten it, prick it with a fork and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C until almost done, for about 15-20 minutes.  

  3. Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients: slice the tomatoes, chop the scallions, grate the cheese, and drain the tuna of excess liquid.

  4. Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread the adjika over it.

  5. Top with tuna, tomatoes, scallions, and grated cheese. Place it back in the oven and bake for about 8 minutes, until the cheese melts.
