  1. Place the egg, cottage cheese, and 70 g of rolled oats in a bowl. Blend with a blender.

  2. Add salt, spices, baking powder, and stir in the remaining rolled oats. Set aside for 15 minutes.

  3. Divide the batter among 3 baking tins, or pour it all into one tin and bake at 175 °C for about 35–40 minutes.
