  1. First, prepare the filling: stir-fry the minced meat with chopped mushrooms, onions, garlic, and spices. Let it cool, then mix in 2 grated hard-boiled eggs and 1 fresh egg (I blend everything a little to make the filling smoother).

  2. Make pancakes: blend all the pancake ingredients and cook the pancakes in a pan greased with a little oil.

  3. Spread the filling evenly between all the pancakes. Fill the pancakes, fold them, and fry on both sides.
