Everyone loves pancakes. I do too, even when I’m “on a diet.” That’s why I try to make them as healthy as possible.

  1. Beat the eggs with the egg whites, curd, salt, vanilla, and sweetener. Add the flour.

  2. Grease the frying pan with about 1 gram of oil and fry the pancakes on both sides.
