  1. Place the salmon in a frying pan, add a small amount of water, and sauté for approximately 30 minutes.

  2. Pour the couscous with boiling water, cover with a plate, and let it soak.

  3. Chop the bell peppers and leeks. Rinse the beans to remove the salt water.

  4. Place the spinach, bell pepper, leek and tomatoes in a salad bowl. Add the beans, cooked couscous and salmon, divided into small pieces.

  5. Add salt and lemon pepper. Serve with pomegranate seeds.
