  1. Place the chicken drumsticks in a pot to boil.

  2. Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into florets, grate the carrots, and cut the bell peppers.

  3. Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a teaspoon of oil in a hot pan.

  4. Remove the cooked chicken from the pot, cut it into smaller pieces, and set it aside for now.

  5. Add cauliflower, carrots, bell peppers, green beans, and fried onions with garlic to the chicken broth. Cook until done.

  6. Add the chopped chicken, curry paste, coconut milk, and spices and bring to a boil again. Cook for about 5 minutes, then remove from the heat.

  7. Sprinkle the herbs on top.
