Egg Pie with Tuna

A simple and quick-to-make egg pie.

300 grams Kefīrs (2%)

120 grams Milti (es izmantoju kukurūzas miltus)

3 grams Cepamais pulveris

3 grams Soda

  1. Prepare the batter: whisk 2 eggs with kefir.

  2. Add the flour, soda, baking powder, salt and spices.

  3. In a separate bowl, mash the eggs, add scallions and the flaked tuna, and mix.

  4. Pour half of the batter into the tin and spread it out evenly. Spread the filling evenly on top.

  5. Pour over the remaining batter and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
