  1. In a saucepan with a lid, steam the trout in a small amount of water (~15 minutes). Cool and divide into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Pour water into a pot, add salt, pepper, spices and bay leaves, and boil.

  3.  Add the green pea-carrot mixture, the cauliflower cut into rosettes, the bell pepper cut into pieces and the pearl couscous (if using other cereals such as rice, they should be put in the pot first as they cook for ~20 min). Cook until the vegetables are soft.

  4. Add the melted cheese and the steamed trout, stir and cook for ~5 min. Add the herbs. Ready! Enjoy!
