140 grami Ūdens (silts)

Garšvielas – pēc izvēles (man piecgraudu pipari, provansas garšaugi, drupināti ķiploki, kaltēti zaļumi)

preperation

  1. Switch preheat the oven to 200 °C.

  2. Mix the flaked oats with the seeds, flour, salt and spices in a bowl.

  3. Add warm water, mix and leave for ~15-20 minutes.

  4. Pour the mixture onto the baking tray and spread it out in a thin layer (it is easy to do with a wet spoon). The thinner you spread the batter, the crispier the crackers will be. You can divide the dough into ‘portions’ of 10 or 8 crackers at a time.

  5. Place in the oven and bake at 200 °C for 10 minutes. Then take out the crackers, cut them to the desired size with a knife, place back in the oven at 160 °C and bake for a further ~20-25 minutes (depending on the thickness of the dough layer).
