3 Olas

200 grami Olu baltums

300 grami Bumbieris

250 grami Vājpiena biezpiens

250 grami Dabīgais jogurts

250 grami Svaigais siers Ricotta Lago Maggiore 6%

100 grami Zilais siers "Dor Blue"

  1. Cut the lavash into small, narrow strips.

  2. Add egg white, cottage cheese, yoghurt and sweetener to the eggs. Whisk to combine.

  3. Then stir in the Ricotta cream cheese (with a spoon, not a blender, so it doesn't curdle).

  4. Finely dice the pear and blue cheese and stir into the mixture along with the lavash strips.

  5. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake in the oven at ~175 °C for ~45-50 minutes (until the top is lightly browned).
