I haven't had something so delicious in a long time! It's fresh and refreshing—perfect for spring and so easy to make!

120 grami Ripe avocado

25 grami Spinach

25 grami Grainy mustard "Well done"

12 grami Garlic

7 grami Honey

2 ēd.k. Lemon juice

Herb salt with greens

Lemon pepper

  1. Grate/chop all salad ingredients.

  2. Blend all the sauce ingredients in a blender and mix with the vegetables.
