Breakfast buns with egg, tuna, zucchini and scallions

1 Ola

2 Vārītas olas

160 grams Kefīrs (2%)

130 grams Cukini

100 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

80 grams Milti (es izmantoju kukurūzas miltus)

52 grams Konservēts tuncis savā sulā

40 grams Zaļie lociņi

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

preperation

  1. Grate the zucchini, sprinkle it with a little salt and set aside to let the water drain off.

  2. Smash the boiled eggs. Chop the scallions.

  3. Blend the egg with the curd. Add the kefir, squeezed zucchini, scallions and tuna (without juice). Mix everything.

  4. Add the flour and baking powder and stir.

  5. Spoon the mixture into the tins and bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C for ~35-40 minutes.
