Curd buns with dried fruit

ingredients
Bruschetta Selection ar papriku,šķiņķi 130g
1 Egg
75 grami Egg white
200 grami Skimmed milk curd
50 grami Whole wheat flour or oat flakes (ground), or any other flour
50 grami Raisins
50 grami Apricots
50 grami Dried plums
1 tējkarote Soda
preperation

Beat the eggs with egg white and curd.

Add raisins and chopped apricots. Mix well.

Add flour and soda (or baking powder), mix.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Shape the dough into round buns with your hands and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at ~175-180 °C for ~ 30-35 minutes.
