Pumpkin bread with flax seeds and bran (no flour)

ingredients
Zaļā tēja Ahmad Tea izlase 20x2g
2 Eggs
100 grami Fresh pumpkin
50 grami Oat, rye or wheat bran
30 grami Whole flaxseeds
20 grami Psyllium (psyllium husk)
10 grami Baking powder
200 grami Water (or kefir)
Salt, spices of your choice

Beat the eggs with water, add bran, flax seeds, psyllium, grated pumpkin, baking powder, salt, spices and set aside to rise for ~15 minutes.

Pour into a baking tin and bake in an oven preheated to ~175 °C for ~35-40 minutes.

Remove, cover with a towel and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
