Oatmeal pancake with apricots

Pārslas Herkuless ar sēklām 500g

1 Egg

250 grami Protein drink “Baltais” with vanilla flavour

100 grami Whole oat flakes

80 grami Water

10 grami Chia seeds

5 grami Oil (for greasing the pan)

A pinch of salt

Sweetener

preperation

  1. Blend the egg, protein drink, 80 g of oats, a pinch of salt, and sweetener (if used) into a smooth mixture. 

  2. Add the remaining 20 g of oat flakes and 10 g of chia seeds. Set aside for ~20 minutes to allow the oat flakes and chia seeds to swell slightly. 

  3. Heat the pan and pour half of the batter into it. Smooth it out, cover the pan with a lid, and cook one by one over low heat until done.
