Waffles with chicken fillet, cheese, zucchini and spinach

Cukurs Tate&Lyle Demerara brūnais 500g

2 Eggs

300 grami Zucchini

200 grami Chicken fillet

80 grami 10% cheese (or other flat cheese)

70 grami Flour (I used whole wheat flour)

30 grami Different green (dill, parsley, scallions)

5 grami Extra virgin olive oil

1 tējkarote Baking powder

Salt, pepper

preperation

  1. Chop the chicken fillet with the eggs in a food processor. Grate the cheese and zucchini. Chop the herbs.

  2. Add the grated cheese and zucchini to the chicken fillet-egg mixture. Mix. Add the flour and baking powder.

  3. Spoon the batter into a preheated, oiled waffle iron and bake the waffles. Or bake in a regular pan under a lid, at a very low temperature.
