Waffles with chicken fillet, cheese, zucchini and spinach

Cukurs Tate&Lyle Demerara brūnais 500g

2 Olas

300 grams Cukini

200 grams Vistas fileja

80 grams 10% siers (vai cits liess siers)

70 grams Milti (es izmantoju kviešu pilngraudu miltus)

30 grams Dažādi zaļumi (dilles pētersīļi, zaļie lociņi)

5 grams Extra virgin olīvu eļļa

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

preperation

  1. Chop the chicken fillet with the eggs in a food processor. Grate the cheese and zucchini. Chop the herbs.

  2. Add the grated cheese and zucchini to the chicken fillet-egg mixture. Mix. Add the flour and baking powder.

  3. Spoon the batter into a preheated, oiled waffle iron and bake the waffles. Or bake in a regular pan under a lid, at a very low temperature.
