2 Mazas olas (100 g)

80 grams Brokolis

60 grams Siers 10%

40 grams Milti (es izmantoju kukurūzas miltus)

10 grams Ķiploki

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

5 grams Extra virgin olīvu eļļa

Sāls, pipari, garšvielas pēc izvēles

preperation

  1. Place the eggs and finely cut broccoli in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the garlic and grated cheese.

  2. Add salt, pepper, and flour. Mix well.

  3. Place the batter in a heated waffle iron and bake 2 large waffles. Alternatively, bake in a regular pan under a lid (at a very low temperature, like pancakes).
