  1. Blend the chicken fillet, eggs, bell pepper, and zucchini in a food processor until smooth.

  2. Chop the garlic and chop the herbs. Pour boiling water (140 g) over the couscous (70 g).

  3. Add garlic, swollen couscous, chia seeds, salt, and spices to the meat mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and add spices.

  4. Form the cutlets with wet hands and place them on a heated pan. Fry the cutlets on both sides over very low heat.
