preperation

  1. Place the cottage cheese (with excess liquid drained) in a bowl. Add flour, salt, baking powder, and spices, and mix thoroughly (you will end up with a slightly sticky dough).

  2. Place the dough on a baking tray with wet hands, flatten it, prick it with a fork and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C until almost done, for about 15-20 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients: slice the tomatoes, chop the scallions, grate the cheese, and drain the tuna of excess liquid.

  4. Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread the adjika over it.

  5. Top with tuna, tomatoes, scallions, and grated cheese. Place it back in the oven and bake for about 8 minutes, until the cheese melts.

Salmon With Vegetables and Pearl Barley A rainbow of colours on my plate.
Cake 'Chocolate Rhapsody with Cranberries' One more treat was made not for myself, but as a thank you to a nice doctor.
Whole Grain Gingerbread How could Christmas be complete without gingerbread? These turned out really tasty. Even better, the dough is super easy to make. The only drawback is that it has to be prepared the night before and left in the fridge for 12 hours.
