Salmon With Vegetables and Pearl Barley

250 grams Svaigs lasis

100 grams Pērļu grūbas (vai jebkuri citi graudaugi/pilngraudu makaroni/nūdeles)

260 grams Brokolis

180 grams Paprika

120 grams Sīpols

70 grams Zaļie zirnīši

70 grams Zaļās pupiņas

50 grams Zaļumi (dilles, pētersīļi)

20 grams Ķiploks

Sāls, pipari, garšvielas pēc izvēles

preperation

  1. Place the salmon in a pan with a lid, add a little water and steam until cooked. Flake the salmon with a fork.

  2. Boil 150 g of water and add the pearl barley. Boil for ~ 5-7 minutes. Remove from the stove, cover the pan with a lid and leave the pearl barley to "ripen".

  3. Chop the onion and garlic, and fry them in 5 g of oil.

  4. Add chopped bell pepper, green peas, beans, broccoli, salt, and all spices to the onions and sauté.

  5. Add the pearl barley, herbs, and chopped salmon. Mix everything, simmer for a few minutes, and it's ready!
