  1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and blend with a blender. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, sweetener, and knead the dough.

  2. Place the dough on a baking tray with wet hands, flatten it, prick it with a fork and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for ~15 minutes (bake until almost done).

  3. Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients: dice the pears and cheese.

  4. Add the egg and sweetener to the curd and mix everything until smooth.

  5. Remove the pizza base from the oven and place the pears and cheese on top. Cover everything with the curd mixture.

  6. Place the pizza back in the oven and bake until done (~5-20 minutes).
