200 grams Vājpiena biezpiens "Amfora Varške" (vai 100 g vājpiena biezpiens +100 g dabīgais jogurts)

100 grams Ķiršu ievārījums (200 g saldēti ķirši savārīti ar saldinātāju, 120 g ūdens un 10 g kukurūzas cieti).

  1. Prepare coffee, cherry jam, and curd.

  2. Soak one galette in coffee, place it on a plate and top with half of the cottage cheese.

  3. Top the curd with cherry jam.

  4. Repeat all steps with the second galette.
