Oatmeal Porridge with Apples, Cinnamon, and Caramelised Walnuts

A delicious breakfast every morning. A wonderful feeling of fullness that lasts a long time.

10 grams Karameliztēti valrieksti (recepte: 50 g valriekstus apcep ar 25 g medus)

  1. Cut the apple into small cubes and place them in a bowl. Add cinnamon and sweetener — I used 20 g of erythritol. Mix and sauté the apples in a pan, stirring continuously until they are tender.

  2. Pour the oatmeal into a saucepan, add water (as much as needed, depending on how thick you want the porridge), a pinch of salt, and sweetener to taste, then cook until done (~10 minutes). Stir in the apples at the end.

  3. Top the oatmeal with the caramelised nuts.Bon appetite!
