  1. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into pieces, and steam them (or microwave them for about 8 minutes).

  2. Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt, and set aside to drain.

  3. Whisk the eggs with the mashed potatoes. Add the kefir, baking powder, salt, and grated zucchini. Add the flour and mix everything again.

  4. Grease the pan with 1 g of oil and cook over low heat until done.
