Pumpkin Roulade with Tuna

A healthy and very tasty roulade made from simple, everyday ingredients.

150 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

Sāls , pipari, ķiploki

112 grams Tuncis savā sulā

60 grams Krēmsiers "Phildelphia extra Protein'

35 grams Salātlapu mix

preperation

  1. Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater

  2. Add 3 eggs to a bowl. Add the curd and blend until smooth. Add the grated pumpkin.

  3. Sajaukto masu liek plāts un izlīdzina plānā kārtiņā. 

  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 175–180 °C for approximately 30–40 minutes.

  5. Remove the “sponge cake” from the baking paper and let it cool. Spread cream cheese on top, add herbs and tuna, and roll it up.
