Oat flake and carrot cookies

1 Ola

90 grams Pilngraudu auzu pārslas

54 grams Burkāns

50 grams Kefīrs 1,5%

1 tējkarote Kanēlis

1 tējkarote Muskatrieksts

  1. Add kefir and oat flakes to the egg and blend (but don’t blend into a porridge!).

  2. Grate the carrot using a fine grater. Mix all the ingredients, then add the baking powder and nutmeg.

  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, place them on a baking tray and shape them into biscuits using a spoon.

  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 °C for about 35 minutes, until they turn a light golden colour.
