  1. Beat the eggs.

  2. Heat the kefir, add the baking soda and stir. Leave to react for 5 minutes and add to the eggs.

  3. Grate the cheese, cut the scallions and chicken fillet into small cubes, and add to the egg-kefir mixture.

  4. Add the flour, stir and pour into the tins.

  5. Bake in the oven at ~170-180 °C for ~30 minutes.
