150 grami Auzu, rudzu vai kviešu klijas (es izmantoju kviešu klijas)

25 grami Veselas linsēklas

25 grami Psilliums (ceļtekas pulveris)

10 grami Cepamais pulveris

Sāls, cukurs (var nelikt), jebkuras garšvielas pēc izvēles

preperation

  1. Cover the flaxseed and psyllium with 300 g of water and set aside to swell for ~15 minutes.

  2. Mix the bran with the baking powder and salt, and add to the psyllium-linseed mixture.

  3. Mix the dough and shape the loaf with wet hands.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175-180 °C for ~35-40 minutes.

  5. Remove, cover with a towel and allow to cool for at least 1 hour.
