preperation

  1. Cut, chop all the vegetables and herbs.

  2. Place the vegetables in a pot of boiling water, starting with the hardest: rutabaga, onion, garlic, chilli pepper and pumpkin (depending on how firm the pumpkin is).

  3. When the vegetables are semi-soft, add the cauliflower, which is divided into rosettes, salt, and seasoning of your choice.

  4. Grate the Tea cheese on a fine grater.

  5. When the vegetables are soft, blend them with a blender. Add the grated Tea cheese and the processed cheese. Bring everything to the boil, stirring. At the end, add the herbs.
