Zucchini, carrot, cheese roulade with shrimps

200 grams Cukini

100 grams Burkāns

60 grams 10% siers

Sāls , pipari, ķiploki

130 grams Garneles (vai jebkurš cits olbaltumvielu avots: zivs, vistas, fileja, u.tml.)

30 grams Salātlapu mix

30 grams Adžika "Pūres" klasiskā

preperation

  1.  Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt, mix and set aside to drain. Grate the cheese and carrots.

  2. Break 3 eggs into a bowl. Add grated cheese, carrots, zucchini (squeeze out excess liquid) and spices.

  3. Place the mixture on a baking tray (25×26 cm) and spread it out in a thin layer. Place in an oven preheated to 175-180 °C and bake for ~30-40 minutes.

  4. Remove the "biscuit" from the baking paper, cool, spread with adjika, place lettuce leaves and shrimp on top, roll up and enjoy a delicious and healthy meal.
