Zucchini snack with cheese and curd

On weekends, when it rains or we just don't feel like going anywhere, we organise a movie night. And for such evenings, I prepare delicious snacks.

Buljons Maggi dārzeņu 120g

2 Olas

1700 grams Cukini

180 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

200 grams Vājpiena biezpiens "Amfora Varške"

150 grams 10% siers

20 grams Ķiploki

20 grams Dilles

preperation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

  2. Cut the zucchini into rounds.

  3. Place the rounds on a baking tray. Drizzle each round with oil, sprinkle with your favourite spices, and bake in a preheated oven for ~20-25 minutes.

  4. While the zucchini are baking, prepare the cheese- curd-garlic-dill mixture: mix the curds with cheese, eggs, garlic, and dill. Add salt and other seasonings to taste.

  5. Place the mixture on the browned zucchini and return to the oven for ~10 minutes.
