Pilaf with Turkey Fillet

What isn't on my blog? Yes, there was no pilaf. Now there will be! I don't understand where I was before. Simply divine!
Number of servings:

ingredients

preperation

  1. Grate the carrot, chop the onion and garlic, and place in a pan with heated oil (30 g). Fry lightly and add the pieces of turkey fillet.

  2. Rinse the rice thoroughly. Rinse until the water runs almost clear. Drain all the water from the rice in a sieve.

  3. Add the rice to the meat in the pan, then add all the spices. Pour in hot water (or broth) until everything is covered with liquid. Reduce the temperature (I reduced it from 9 to 3) and leave to cook for ~30 minutes.
