Vegetable Stew with Chicken Breast and Curry

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and sauté it in a pan with garlic (I marinated the breast the day before in adjika and grain mustard).

  2. Chop the pumpkin, celery, and rutabaga. Place them in a pot of boiling water.

  3. Sauté the vegetables until tender.

  4. Add the fried chicken breast, curry paste, cream cheese, and spinach with dill, and sauté for another 5 minutes or so.
