Buns with Cheese, Eggs, and Scallions

I baked from what I found in the fridge. It turned out really tasty.

Granulēta citronu tēja Rimi 350g

2 Olas

2 Vārītas olas

180 grams Vājpiena biezpiens

120 grams Milti (es izmantoju kukurūzas miltus)

50 grams Siers 10%

50 grams Kefīrs (2%)

35 grams Zaļie lociņi

30 grams Saulē kaltēti tomāti

5 grams Psilliums

1 tējkarote Cepamais pulveris

  1. Mix the fresh eggs with the curd. Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs, scallions, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, flour, psyllium, and baking powder.

  2. Knead the dough and set it aside for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 175 °C.

  3. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.

  4. With wet hands, shape the dough into balls, place them on a baking tray or in silicone moulds, and bake in the oven for around 35–40 minutes.
