preperation

  1. First, make the delicious herb mayonnaise.

  2. Prepare all the ingredients: chop the onion, mince the garlic, and cut the bell pepper and cabbage into thin strips. Grate the zucchini using a Korean-style carrot grater (to make spaghetti-like strips)

  3. Pour oil into a pot, heat it up, then add the onions and garlic and sauté. Next, add the cabbage, Korean carrots, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Sauté until almost done, then add the zucchini, shrimp, flaked tuna (drained of water), and thoroughly rinsed noodles (I also cut them into shorter pieces to make them easier to stir in the pot and to eat).

  4. Right at the end, add the delicious herb mayonnaise. Stir, bring to a boil — and it's ready.
