preperation

  1. Grate the zucchini and potatoes. Set aside to drain. Then, squeeze out the excess liquid.

  2. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, 2 eggs, salt, pepper and spices. Mix and place the mixture on a tray, shaping the pizza base to your liking.

  3. Place the base in the oven at 180 °C until browned ~30-35 minutes.

  4. In the meantime, cut the pickled cucumber and tomatoes and grate the cheese.

  5. Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread with the mixture of adzika and yoghurt.

  6. Layer the pickled cucumbers and tomatoes on top and top with the cheese. Place back in the oven for ~15 minutes (until the cheese melts).
