  1. Beat the eggs and egg white with the cottage cheese.

  2. Add the oat flakes, dried fruit/berries (cut into smaller pieces if necessary) and chopped nuts. Mix everything and leave for 20 minutes to allow the oat flakes to swell

  3. Divide the mixture among 8 tart tins (8 cm in diameter) and bake in the oven at ~170 °C for ~35-40 minutes.
