150 grams Siers Feta 18%

120 grams Dabīgais jogurts

80 grams Spināti

preperation

  1. First, make the sauce: blend all the sauce ingredients, adding seasonings to taste. I didn’t add any salt, as the cheese is quite salty.

  2. Grate the zucchini with a grater made for making Korean carrots. Add the seasoning and mix.

  3. Fry the garlic and cut cherry tomatoes in a preheated, oiled frying pan.

  4. Add the zucchini and the spinach-feta sauce, then stir.

  5. Heat while stirring for a couple of minutes.
