200 grami Vājpiena biezpiens

100 grami Dabīgais jogurts “Actifeel Greek style”

100 grami Siers 10%

40 grami Siers Dor blue (vai cits labi kūstošs siers)

100 grami Tomāti Cherry

100 grami Paprika

40 grami Spināti

preperation

  1. Fold the lavash in half and place it in a mould (if it is metal, grease it beforehand).

  2. Place the eggs, egg white, curd, yoghurt, salt, and spices in a bowl and whisk everything until smooth.

  3. Grate both cheeses, and cut the bell peppers and tomatoes.

  4. Place the tomatoes, peppers and spinach on the lavash and pour over the egg-curd-yoghurt mixture.

  5. Place the foil over the mould and bake in the oven at 180 °C for ~30-35 minutes.

  6. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, until the surface is lightly browned and "tightened".
