180 grami Kefīrs 0,1%

180 grami Vājpiena biezpiens

130 grami Pilngraudu kviešu milti

100 grami Rudzu milti

30 grami Sēkliņu mix (saulespuķu sēklas, ķirbju sēklas, sezama sēklas)

10 grami Linsēklas

10 grami Ķimenes

1 tējkarote Soda

preperation

  1. Add soda to the kefir, mix and allow to act.

  2. Add the egg and kefir with soda to the curd. Whisk.

  3. Mix all the dry ingredients and add to the mixture. Knead the dough and set it aside for ~10 minutes.

  4. With wet hands, shape the dough into a round loaf, sprinkle with seeds, and place in the oven at 160 °C. Bake for ~50-60 minutes (baking time depends on how thick you shape the loaf).
